Lawyer, political scientist and manager specialising in strategic advisory at the intersection of business, public policy, the regulatory environment and security.

A graduate of the College of Inter-Faculty Individual Studies in the Humanities at the University of Warsaw. He earned his Master’s degrees with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw. He also holds an MBA in National Defence and Internal Security from the Military University of Technology in Warsaw, earned with distinction, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Warsaw School of Economics.

He advises corporate boards, investors and organisations operating in regulated sectors on market strategies and the delivery of projects in environments characterised by elevated institutional and geopolitical uncertainty.

He supports clients in the areas of Public Affairs, Public Relations, Business Intelligence and organisational security, with a particular focus on the impact of public decision-making on their operations.

He has experience working across the public, private and nonprofit sectors, including on projects requiring cross-sectoral cooperation and engagement in the development and implementation of public policy.

Co-founder and former partner at a Warsaw-based law firm specialising in corporate and transactional advisory, including banking, finance and capital markets. He has held executive and supervisory roles in corporate entities.

He has delivered advisory projects related to decision-making and legislative processes within public administration, and their impact on the implementation of business and institutional initiatives.

He has participated in international expert and leadership programmes, including the International Visitor Leadership Program of the U.S. Department of State, the PCY Program of Junior Chamber International (JCI) in Japan, and the Summer School for Young Leaders of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Germany.
